1. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Time
At Panda Moment, we proudly ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to deliver to certain regions affected by war, political instability, or extreme remoteness (including some islands).
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
(Excludes customs delays, weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.)
Order Processing Time: 2–5 business days
Estimated Shipping Times:
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
Free Shipping: 12–20 business days

2. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. You can track your package anytime here:

For some large products, the shipping time may increase slightly, please consult customer service when purchasing large products, thank you for your understanding!

You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout. We offer three options:

Standard Shipping:
Reliable and affordable – 7–12 business days
Fee: $15
Free Shipping:
Budget-friendly – 12–20 business days

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping services provided by our third-party partners. This means:
All customs clearance, duties, and taxes are handled by the shipping agent.
No additional charges for you at delivery.
5. FAQs & Common Issues
📨 Incorrect Shipping Address
If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address or contact details, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Note: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Once the order is processed and shipped, we are unable to change the address.
🚚 Tracking Not Updating?
It can take 3–5 days for your package to reach the international shipping center. During this period, the tracking info may not update. Don’t worry—once it arrives at the hub and is scanned, updates will appear.
📦 What if my package is lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days after shipment, please contact us at pandamoment.cs@outlook.com.
We’ll either resend your order or issue a full refund.
6. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, wildfires)
Severe weather
Carrier delays (strikes, supply chain disruptions)
Government actions, customs delays, or pandemics
In such cases, we’ll keep you updated on any major disruptions. Rarely, some orders may arrive outside the estimated time frame.
