🔄 Returns
We hope you love your purchase—but if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how where to send your package.
⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as you received it
Unused and unworn
With original tags and packaging
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees and for ensuring safe return delivery. We recommend careful packaging and purchasing shipping insurance as a precaution.

🛠 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or personalized items (e.g., special orders)
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, under the EU consumer protection law.
Items must still meet the eligibility conditions (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase) as described above.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
